We love to Shoot at the Double Tree.

We looked forward to Sam and Rachel’s wedding from the moment we met them! We actually had the honor of photographing Rachel’s sister’s wedding where Rachel gave the sweetest and most tear- jerking maid of honor speech. It’s so much fun to watch our maid of honors turn in to brides!

The girls spent a relaxing morning at the Double Tree Hotel in Bay City. And future brides, if you haven’t checked out their bridal suite, you need to! It’s so spacious and has loads of natural light for gorgeous getting ready photos!

Sam and Rachel said their “I do’s” in front of family and friends, successfully avoided a downpour of rain during their bridal party and wedding portraits by taking shelter under the Bay City City Hall entrance, and finally headed back to The Double Tree where they greeted their guests for a beautiful reception.

They included so many personal touches that made the evening that much more special. Each guest was giving a gorgeous succulent that was planted by the bride herself!

It was such a beautiful day and such an honor to capture such a true love.
